At Tierralú, we ship to customers across the United States. Please read through the information below before placing your order.

1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship to addresses throughout the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size and weight of your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer — we will keep you updated on any delays.

3. Shipping Rates

All orders ship free with no minimum purchase required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, here is what to expect:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Transit time: 5–8 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days
  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM EST

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or restricted areas. Certain items may also be subject to shipping restrictions based on carrier limitations or applicable regulations.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or other reasons, your order may be returned to us. We will reach out to you if this happens and arrange a new shipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
